Non-alcoholic wine is not grape juice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n It is made exactly like any other wine: harvest, pressing, fermentation and ageing. The key is how<\/em> it’s removed. Sparkling white<\/h4>\n
\nMirabelle plum and toasted pastry, followed by a mineral, almost salty finish. Fine, creamy bubbles. The perfect stand-in for cava at any toast.<\/p>\nSparkling ros\u00e9<\/h4>\n
\nRed berries and plum, dry and very lively. Ideal as an aperitif.<\/p>\nWhites: fresh and full of character<\/h3>\n
Non-alcoholic Verdejo<\/h4>\n
\nYellow fruit, fresh grass and that bitter touch so typical of Verdejo. Goes with almost anything.<\/p>\nNon-alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc<\/h4>\n
\nPassion fruit, gooseberry and lime zest. An acidity that keeps everything moving.<\/p>\nNon-alcoholic Riesling<\/h4>\n
